Ship the Item: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
